Waterfront District Master Plan (15 MB PDF) 

The Hercules Waterfront Master Plan Initiative (2008) allows the Waterfront’s master developer, Hercules Bayfront, LLC, to develop the final stages of the Waterfront. The current Waterfront District Master Plan (WDMP) was approved pursuant to an initiative ordinance on July 22, 2008. The Owner and City Council approved revisions to the WDMP on January 10, 2012 and May 10, 2016.
