Bayfront final phases: (Bayfront Blocks K-L-M-P-O, A-B-C-D-J, and E-G)
Bayline (Bayfront Blocks F & H): Proposed 100% affordable housing development project consisting of 106 units restricted as affordable housing plus manager market rate unit, for a total of 107 units, on Bayfront Blocks F & H (APNs 404-490-102-5 and 404-490-101-7), consistent with State law requirements (SB 35/SB 423) for a streamlined, ministerial review process.
Emblem Hercules (Loop Site): Proposed rental apartment community consisting of 162 market rate and 18 low-income units with a mixture of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units, surface parking, clubhouse with fitness room, leasing and management office, parcel storage and social areas.
Owl Ranch (Formerly Skelly Residential): Approved 40-lot single-family subdivision on an approximately 7.44-acre site, the former McLeod Ranch property.
Sycamore Crossing: Owned by the Lewis Group, this 12-acre mixed-use property on the south side of Sycamore Avenue is approved to be developed with retail, hotel, and residential uses to complement and expand on the Aventine and Bayside projects.
The Hercules Hub: Positioned to become the first West Coast facility combining three modes of transit (bus/rail/ferry) in one facility.
Waterfront (aka Hercules Bayfront): This 40-acre mixed-use development is one of the West Coast's largest transit-oriented projects. The project's next phase is currently under review.
Chelsea Wetlands: 12 acres of wetlands proposed to be restored and preserved for improved habitat and flood capacity.
Franklin Canyon Area: Approximately 973-acre area containing 646 acres within City limits and 327 acres outside City limits subject to Measure M passed by voters in 2004. The Area includes the Franklin Canyon Golf Course, Muir Heritage Land Trust open space/trail/grazing area and additional private properties outside City limits.
Hilltown (a.k.a., Hill Crest): Approved mixed-use residential development of up to 598 attached multi-family units and 4,200 square feet of neighborhood commercial uses on a 44-acre former industrial site located on San Pablo Ave near Victoria by the Bay.
