Year Round Membership
The Hercules East Bay Silver Dolphins is a year round USA Swim Team that swim from October to September of each year. To join our team, members will be required to register and pay their first and last months swim dues to the City of Hercules Parks & Recreation Department and a USA Registration fee. Swimmers must be to swim 25 yards unassisted prior to joining the team. Practice times are based on your swimmer’s swimming ability and are evaluated and scheduled by the coaching staff.

New Winter Programs
$50 registration fee in addition to the $57 USA registration fee. Spring clinics coming soon.

High School Conditioning Clinic
Ages 14-18
Designed for those high school swimmers who are finished with water polo season and want to stay in shape. Get prepared for the upcoming season by training with American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) certified coaches. Practice early to improve your times, build endurance, and focus on technique.
