Dear Hercules Community,
Get ready for a summer full of fun! Our Summer 2026 Activity Guide will arrive in your mailbox in early March. The guide is packed with information about our exciting in-house summer camps, specialty enrichment camps, swim lessons, sports programs, events, facility and park rentals, and more!
Please note that Refugio Valley Park will be under construction for most of the summer and fall with the installation of the new shade structures and the Refugio Lake restoration projects. For more information or an up-to-date status, please visit our website at CIP Projects.
With Refugio Valley Park being closed, our annual Cultural Festival and National Night Out events will be held at a NEW location, Hanna Ranch Park, located at 2480 Refugio Valley Road. Also, our free summer family flix nights will be held at different locations around “the neighborhood”. Please see page 3 of the summer activity guide for dates and locations.
It’s never too early to start planning for the fall! Enrollment will begin on March 25, for the RAP (Recreation Afterschool Program) for the 2026–2027 school year and April 15, for our popular Preschool program.
