Senate Bill 341 (SB 341) mandates that each housing successor agency that has assumed the housing responsibilities of a former redevelopment agency publish a report on its official website. This report is required to include comprehensive details regarding the Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Assets Fund (LMIHAF) associated with the former redevelopment agency for the preceding fiscal year. The City of Hercules has been designated as the Housing Successor Agency as per Resolution No. 24-014, adopted on February 27, 2024.
