Project Updates

April 2026 - Work underway at night lobby.

February 2026 - Materials procurement issues resolved. Notice to Proceed is March 9, 2026.

November 2025 - Notice to proceed pending finalization of materials procurement.

July 2025 - GSP Construction, Inc. is the apparent low bidder. Project to be awarded at the September 9, 2025 Council meeting.

June 2025 - Design complete. Construction plans bidding through July 22, 2025.
