Project Updates
February 2026 - Bids received on January 20, 2026. Project has been postponed due to higher than anticipated costs. The City is re-evaluating the project and will seek opportunities to either obtain grant funding and/or self-perform portions of the work.
November 2025 - 90% Design complete. Project bid scheduled from 12/15/25 to 1/20/26.
September 2025 - Schedule has been revised to incorporate a slurry seal of the roadway to improve the outcome. Design is anticipated to be complete by November 30. The project will be competitively bid with award anticipated in February 2026 and work performed in March and April 2026.
June 2025 - Restriping and signage to occur late Summer 2025.
May 2025 - City crews installed 50 feet of red striping at Yosemite Place in order to provide adequate sight distance for southbound vehicles on Yosemite Place.
