About the Project

A section of retaining wall along the Bay Trail requires improvement to drainage and soil conditions to prevent failure. Earthwork including erosion control, grading work and removal and installation of concrete valley gutter/trench.

Project Updates

November 2025 - Construction contract executed. Notice to proceed pending.

September 2025 - E.E. Gilbert Construction, Inc. is the apparent low bidder. Project awarded at the September 9, 2025 Council meeting.

July 2025 - Project out for bid. Bids due August 12, 2025.

June 2025 - Design nearing completion. Bid in late Summer 2025, with construction anticipated to occur in Fall 2025.
