The City of Hercules, California (“City”), requests proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified land surveying firms (“Respondents”) to provide land surveying support services (“Services”) for the City’s Refugio Creek Permittee-Responsible Mitigation Project (“Project”). The Project will consist of conducting research, mapping, field surveying (as necessary), and identifying easements at the subject properties to prepare the boundary/improvements/encumbrances (BIE) map, legal descriptions, plat maps, and closure calculations for a conservation easement in accordance with California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) requirements.
